There can be no material accumulation around the rotating parts of screw conveyor. Accumulation material will cause rotating parts hot,which will reduce the service life of bearing and sprocket. Worse still ,it will cause fire.Without lubrication or lacking of lubrication, screw conveyor’s bearing will be seriously worn. Thus ,to use appropriate and advanced lubricant,it can ensure the screw conveyor work well under the high temperature ,high moisture environment,then reduce the maintenance and ensure the continuous operating. Increase the daily maintenance and check ,save the operation cost.Good lubrication is an important part of maintenance and management for screw conveyors. Reasonable lubrication can control friction, reduce wear, extend the operation cycle, prevent accidents, reduce spare parts consumption, and ensure the normal operation of screw conveyors. How to perform proper lubrication and dust-free oil injection, if actually allowed, shall be fitted to the lubricated parts (reducer, etc.), which helps to reduce or eliminate the dust and dirt in the oil injected.
